Appreciation with a Loaf of Bread Project

I’m from California, where sourdough is a staple of our cuisine (particularly in San Francisco where sourdough was brought by French bakers seeking gold during the gold rush... or something like that I don’t remember 4th grade history all too well), so this bread reminded me of home. My mom enjoyed it too. I heated my slices in the microwave so it would be soft. Then added peanut butter. The sweetness of peanut butter + the sourness of the bread was a lovely combination. I love food contradictions like that. Thanks to you Jisun for this wonderful, scrumptious snack!



I am grateful for the people in the medical field. They made a vaccine in one year. Incredible. Pandemics in the past lasted for decades, so this is awesome. Doctors are awesome. I got my first dose and will get my second soon! :)
