This round bread was a delightful sign of my content and the communion I had found in these past weeks in Tempe, near Phoenix, in Arizona. Also, personal struggles had arisen in this time, but I am not alone. We are here, sharing flavors and the warmth of ourselves.

I arrived one month ago, at a house in 14th street. The first days I could feel the morning breeze was cold. But I know summer is coming. The warmth of this territory will be like an oven. I am going to feel the temperature of passion, change, and fear. A necessary transformation to build the savors and energy I want.

I feel proud and thankful for the ingredients I had gather until this point: flexibility, risk, determination, listening attitude, honesty, and care. I hope to turn into a rounded person who can enjoy, share and nourish. The ingredients are ready, now comes integration.
